In fact, detoxifying yourself can cause more problems than solutions. First, you may go to extremes limiting your nutrient intake, in turn triggering nutrient deficiencies . To top on that, you will likely not sustain detox diets for the long-term , and while at them you may experience undesirable effects such as irritability, fatigue etc.

Beware of such unfounded claims that detoxing leads to improved health benefits. Agreeably, some of its aspects’ such as the cutting back of certain foods such as sugars and fats may be beneficial but following a detox regimen completely may guarantee undesirable outcomes. Furthermore, your body can detox naturally through liver function, and the excretion  process.
