Air frying is a cooking method that involves the frying of food using an appliance that allows the circulation of hot air around food. Unlike other frying methods, it utilizes less amount of oils.

Overall, it can be argued that air-frying is a healthier alternative to other frying techniques; however, its not recommendable to employ it too often. Integrate other cooking techniques as well because air frying is still a frying method and as such it can involve the formulation of acrymalides (can cause cancer) due to high temperatures.
