Reasons You Should Exclusively Breastfeed For The First 6 Months

The essentiality of exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months of a child’s life is internationally accepted. In spite of that, its adherence comparable to global standards is low. Exclusive breastfeeding is the practice of feeding an infant on breast milk alone with the exclusion of water or other liquids, foods or breast milk substitutes. Contains all the nutrients-It contains all the necessary nutrients required by the child for the first 6 months.
