Energy overnutrition is likely related with high morbidity cases. In particular, it is associated with an increased likelihood of chronic conditions.
The high intake of sodium and processed foods increases the probability for hypertension and cardiovascular conditions. Too much alcohol intake leads to liver damage. while the excess intake of saturated fats and high cholesterol, foods increase the probability for cardiovascular conditions such asĀ heart disease, hypertension etc and renal conditions.The excess intake of refined products with high sugar content increases the risk of high blood sugar levels.
Overnutrition leads to obesity, which is linked to a high likelihood for chronic illnesses such as cardiovascular complications, hypercholestorelaemia, liver and kidney diseases.
